PRESTAMARINE shall respect the personal lives of the users of the website and shall protect the information that they provide.

The Parties shall endeavour to find an amicable settlement to any disputes. If they fail to reach such a settlement within thirty (30) days, the courts of France will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
